GMC Yukon

GMC made a splash with the 2021 Yukon and Yukon XL redesign. Featuring all new interior features, updated technology, and exquisite exterior styling, the Yukon regained it’s position as the belle of the ball in one of the most populous segments of the industry. The 2023 GMC Yukon and Yukon XL continue the current lifecycle, albeit with small yet notable additions. Sitting atop the Yukon lineup is the new 2023 Denali Ultimate. From the same athletic stance as other trim levels, the Denali Ultimate sports a huge intake grille, sharp styling upgrades both inside and out, and technological updates rivaling whatever the latest and greatest our Silicon Valley friends have been working on.

Ultimate Exterior

The most visible changes across the Yukon lineup will be the addition of 4 new exterior colors, that pair sharply with the Vader Chrome trim adorning the front fascia of the Denali Ultimate.

• Sterling Metallic

Moving around to the side profile of the Ultimate will show the upgraded 22-inch 7-spoke ultra bright machined wheels with bright chrome accents and dark paint, which look even sharper contrasted by the Vader bodyside moldings.

Mechanical

The Denali Ultimate isn’t just a re-skinning of an old classic, it also comes with added mechanical enhancements as well. The 6.2L V8 engine is standard, or you can opt for a 3.0L Duramax Turbo Diesel, both paired with GMC’s polished 10-speed automatic transmission. Also standard on the lineup’s crown jewel is the Premium Capability Package, with Active Response 4WD, and includes:

• Air Ride Adaptive suspension, offering ride height control and variable air springs to provide cloud like driving comfort. Your Yukon can raise or lower up to two inches for improved ground clearance, or easy entry and cargo loading
• Active Response 4WD system is designed to help you confidently maneuver in less than ideal conditions, seamlessly sending optimal torque to each wheel as needed

• Power-retractable assist steps with LED perimeter lighting standard

Interior

The interior of the Ultimate received some monumental upgrades as well. All three rows of seating are wrapped in Alpine Umber leather with plaited stitching, and the dashboard come adorned in a matching Paldao wood trim. Also standard are the 15″ multicolor Head-Up Display, HD Surround Vision cameras, 16-way power driver and front passenger seating, and a Leather-wrapped steering wheel, to name a few.

Super Cruise allows for hands-free operation of your Yukon on 200,000 miles (and counting) of roads in the US and Canada. With an attentive driver, Super Cruise* will can allow for:

• Hands-free automatic lane changing
• Pulling a trailer hands-free (only while automatic hands-free lane changing is disabled)
• 3 years of connectivity to support functionality INCLUDED

*Always pay attention while using Super Cruise. Due to supply chain issues, Super Cruise will not be available for Yukon or Yukon XL models built before October 3, 2022
