This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car, I worked with Jeremiah Whittlef, We came in very cautious because of previous experiences but Jeremiah was very very patient and transparent on everything, pricing carfax, and even the inspection, there was nothing left to question, and even during the sales experience, Jeremiah made it feel like it went by quickly! I kept putting off getting a much needed new car because walking into a dealership worried me, I felt like I lacked knowledge in cars & finances but after my experience I highly recommend this dealership, Our salesman was Jeremiah W. and honestly I am thankful he was our salesman because he went above and beyond to get the right car for us. Explained in details all the cars, He was also Super patient with us, we kept asking to see cars and he would not hesitate or even question us, he fought for us. I was not able to pick the car up so he kindly delivered it, and was generous enough to fill the tank up, shampooed the carpet, and even had our tabs ready, and they dont even expire until a couple months! I was not expecting that. Overall I am thankful we walked into this dealership. After this experience I can confidently say I will bring back family & friends.

Trevor got back to me immediately, was attentive and helped schedule a test drive. He didn’t pressure us and seemed honest about the car. It just isn’t the car for us, as it is too low to the ground for our snowy environment. He also followed up with a nice note.

Posting an update in regards to our previously posted negative feedback... We had a meeting with Walser GMC VP Pete Swenson. Pete took the time to meet with us, hear us out, and empathize with our experience about the service that we received from the service department. But most importantly to us, he apologized on behalf of Walser for the situation, and without any hesitation whatsoever, offered to make it 100% right. As a Walser customer of 10 years, we are relieved and thankful that Pete took the time to meet with us personally and make things right. I would encourage anyone else who either reads or posts negative feedback related to Walser GMC to at least give Pete a chance to make things right before just completely walking away from them. I can tell you from our experience that he was genuine and will not disappoint. We simply believe that we are customers worthy of having; and it was clear to us after meeting with Pete that Walser GMC indeed felt the same. I can honestly say that meeting has turned us from becoming detractors into PROMOTERS of Walser GMC, and given our 10 year history as customers, that truly means a lot to us. Thank you Pete. We will gladly come back again.

I needed a new car. The one I had was on it's way to the junkyard. I kinda knew what I was looking for, but had no real idea. But with the help of Keegan Blehm I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I had such a good experience.

I've had my Buick Enclave serviced here for 6 years. The entire staff at Walser is always very friendly and helpful.The work has always been done in a timely manner and they have never recommended an unnecessary repair.

Joe Ryan (Lead Salesman) was great but Zach Palmer was unbelievably helpful to me in buying my 2014 Terrain!! He set up my Remote start with my IPhone and he did everything!! He went above and beyond his regular duties!! I will always buy my cars from Zach !!!! I think Zach should be the Lead Salesman !! It was a good experience for me!!
