Cory was very respectful. Even though he was a newer sales person, he was not pushy and sought out answers to any questions he was not able to respond to himself. Took a bit longer than we'd hope to close everything, but that was supposedly due to a new system the dealership put in place recently. Really appreciate how clean the vehicles that were on the lot were. We've been to other dealerships where used vehicles were literally "As Is." Walser Auto is definitely in our short list for purchasing vehicles from now on.

Brian, in the service department, is wonderful! We have been fighting an ongoing issues with our Acadia. He continually tells us to bring it back if the problem returns because he wants to figure out what is wrong and get it fixed. He is always positive and encouraging even though the issue is still a mystery.

I purchased my car from here but live 2 hours away, so they are not our regular car maintaince choice but they are our choice for major repairs. This time we planned our repairs around a week vacation and they worked with me. They pulled the car in on day 1 and did a very through look at it. They delt with repairs start to finish including when they began installing new parts and they found the damage was worse than origionally thought and had to order more parts. But even with all of that they had a rental car arranged for me so I could return home when I returned while they finished my car. To top it all off they went over and above so I would not have to drive all the way back to their dealership and they meet me half way to swap vehicles. Absolutely GREAT experience!!
