Following a refresh in 2022, the 2023 Sierra sports minimal changes to existing interior and exterior styling choices. Brand new for 2023, however, is the AT4X. This off-road ready variant gets steel front and rear bumpers with recovery points, as well as a winch at the front, additional steel skid plates protect the underside of the steering components, transfer case, fuel tank, and rear differential. Additionally, the AT4X comes with Gloss Black 18” wheels, with an option to swap the wheels for an alternative gloss-Black American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) Salta wheel providing Mud-Terrain tires instead of the standard All-Terrain you get on the AT4X.
