Very inattentive, poor service Didn't clean the vehicle, offered two after he already gave me the keys. Went to get my vehicle and sat in it for 6 minutes before he brought it to me.

Just purchased a new AT4 from Walser in Bloomington. I worked with Angela on the deal and she took care of us well. She was patient with me and supportive of how I worked through the decision. She communicated well and even return my texts on her day off! I was ready to purchase this truck a while ago from a different dealership, but they didn’t take care of me with the professionalism and courtesy that Angela and Walser-Bloomington did. 10/10!

Scheduled service didn't happen at appointment time. Long wait - longer than quoted time I didn't get in at my scheduled appointment time. Service took longer than time they told me it would take.

I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday. Got called on Tuesday with a Voicemail. I returned the call on Tuesday and again Friday and didnt hear anything I called the service center the following Thursday saying what was needed and a warranty ticket was being started and the service tech would call back within 2 hours. I had to call back on Friday and they said the warranty went through but part wont be available until Monday. They said they will let us know when complete. I again had to call on Tuesday to be told it was complete and ready. I was without my vehicle for 15 days. I had an oil change, tire rotation and a USB port looked at. Very disappointed and unsure I will go to this dealer again.

I was in need of a new truck for work after I totaled my work van. I had been looking online at trucks and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Walser had plenty of trucks in stock. I worked with an awesome salesperson named Angela. She was very knowledgeable on her inventory and worked very efficiently to get me out the door and back to work. She was very accommodating to my picky nature when it came to getting the in the right truck. I appreciate the walser team and would highly recommend.

I wasn't told right away that my car was done being fixed. I had to finally ask someone the status of the repair when it was getting close to 2-1/2 hours. Who knows how much longer I waited than I needed to. I had to get back to work. I didn't have all morning to wait!
