I have been a long time customer of Walser Buick. I am a Buick Family. The customer service woman was very professional. I describe the problems. I did wait for the vehicle. They followed the direction comes to balancing the tires.Th e back passenger was a new tire. To leave it in place. They also check on a new Radiator and ACconnection was new. I had hit something on the highway caused damaged a month later. All look good. I had the oil change and cabin filter changed. One thing I Like as well. The technician takes pictures under neath the vehicle And the bill. What other equipment parts needs changing later. I am always happy when I drive my vehicle home. They are great people to work with.
The entire End to him process of working with Walser GMC is very easy, convenient and meets my needs. I am always able to get an appointment when I need it, the work is always done quickly and all my questions are answered. I also enjoy the nice customer waiting area– sometimes I bring my lunch and watch the news on TV. 😊

They were quick to diagnose my car’s problem. When it was determined that it would take awhile to complete repairs, a ride share was set up for me from the dealership. Upon completion, the dealership set up a ride share to the dealership. Great service!
