Dropped car off on Monday AM to fix an oil leak they noted when completing an oil change the week prior. They did not tell me to get it fixed or mention it, I heard about it on the inspection video provided and then asked to get it fixed. Seems odd... Was told they would keep the car for a day. Never received a call updating me. Never returned any phone calls I left requesting an update on the car. Kept it until Friday, afternoon. Chuck is who checked in the car on Monday, and handed the keys back on Friday. Paid $1000 dollars extra for the worry free lease, never again. Will NEVER go there again.
