Patrick did an outstanding job scheduling my rear brake replacement Patrick's service was so good, I feel guilty

I regretfully purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 from them on April 28th. This was the start of the worst purchase I have made. 3 days into my 30 day 1000 mile 100% labor and 100% parts warranty I noticed a shutter in the vehicle. I text my sales person and they immediately asked if I had the extended warranty. I replied with yes but this falls under the dealership warranty. So I contacted service and bought the vehicle in the following week as it was a Friday. Dropped off on a Thursday asked if they wanted me to test with them, response was no, our techs are good and will figure it out. Needless to say the next morning I was back up there test driving with them. I live in Wisconsin so 45 miles one way. Tech feels vibration and stats "that is not right". They go through there diagnostic and try a reprogram and next a fluid flush and next a new valve body for the transmission. None of this worked after they had the vehicle for 2 weeks. Drive and see if it goes away. Nope back up again. New transmission. Drive and break in. No change, still shutters. Test drive with foreman, as we leave the parking lot he says "wow, that's not right". 2 more weeks go by and they say the active fuel management is causing the issue but "it is a natural byproduct of the active fuel management". Ok what is the fix? Nothing your problem. Oh you can delete the AFM but we will not do that. So you know the problem and won't fix it. No comment from the GM. Was willing to take the truck back and I said no I want it fixed. We can not do that and we will not delete it. As I left today, July 20th, 2026 still no fix. Looking like it is time too move to the next step. Lawyer's are looking into it this week.

It was hard to get clear direction from the texts so I think it took longer to get the car done because they were waiting for me to approve something that they weren't really clear about. Updates were also rare.

Their communication was top-notch, and they really went above and beyond to try to solve the issues with my car

Poor. I brought my truck in for service after about a week or two after I purchased it to get the spray bedliner installed and my grill fixed. During that service, my door was dinged. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to solve the issue for the past three weeks and I've not got a response on how it's gonna be fixed.

They consistently and proactively manage my service appointment, keep me informed, along with simple transportation with Lyft.

From my inquiry online as I was from another state Angela took my request and was able to put a fair trade value and make a deal on my New Sierra Ultimate. Jeff the manager was very easy to wirk also. It was worth the 300 miles to make this deal with no pressure just a all around very smooth deal If you in market for a New Gmc look up Angela all around great person to do business with. 10 Stars
