Not happy! Paid $100 for a squeal every time I started the vehicle. Everyone that started my truck that they heard it but couldn’t diagnose what it was so I paid the $100 and got nothing for it. Not cool.!!
Work was completed as expected. Video from Technician while underneath my vehicle provided good information on the condition of my vehicle.
Vehicle service great, customer service miss with vehicle pick-up not executed as arranged causing inconvenience and waste of my time and fuel to get vehicle. Request for follow-up may have been received, follow-up itself was underwhelming. Estimate provided at drop-off was low by $300 and no explanation was given.
Unbelievably horrible communication with the customer on so many levels. Can't tell me when parts are coming and just say call back in a couple weeks. They don't reach out at all. I regret doing business with them at all.
The staff went above and beyond in helping address issues with my SUV.. I would recommend them to other people.

Part No longer made for a 2013 Enclave. Looking for used part unsuccessful. No other option offered till I asked for option to REPAIR broken part! Taken a long time. (Driver door lock , cannot open from inside.) I ve had body shop glue it same day it failed, it held 3 weeks. Your guy plans to apply epoxy to fix it! Poor option likely. No other solution suggested.

most painful new vehicle buying experience I've had. Truck had a door ding that needed to be fixed, We were told a few days to fix it, it's been two weeks and I'm still waiting. I've had to call to get updates, tried the direct line to the dealership to reach sales mgr. to get update and was told we'll get back to you ASAP. Very disappointed in the entire process.
Got an appointment for the same day. When I arrived appeared to be a little mix-up with the last min scheduling. Shannan adequately addressed situation and gave me the expected time as to when they could start working on my vehicle which was within a 1-2 hr window. Arranged for an Uber to take me to location of my choice and a rtn ride back on the house. Work was done within time frame and an online video was sent to me to review and make any addl decisions on needed work based on inspection. The video presentation, work that was done, complementary car wash/Uber ride and customer service were impressive to say the least. PS: Kids enjoyed popcorn too!
So rude, charge over price, not fixed issue and still charge, discrimination I will never ever go back they are so disrespectful and discriminated against
