I was in need of a new truck for work after I totaled my work van. I had been looking online at trucks and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Walser had plenty of trucks in stock. I worked with an awesome salesperson named Angela. She was very knowledgeable on her inventory and worked very efficiently to get me out the door and back to work. She was very accommodating to my picky nature when it came to getting the in the right truck. I appreciate the walser team and would highly recommend.

Patrick Horvath took the vehicle in and then handed it over to Charlie Struck for follow up at the end. Patrick was not only rude, he was dismissive, unprofessional, and extremely difficult to work with. Charlie was fine. The complaint was for the smell of hot coolant. I asked Patrick to have the system pressure tested. The technician reported he was unable to see a leak, test drove it and couldn’t smell a leak. No leak test was done. All Patrick could do was complain about how late in the day I was there (which was the only appointment I could get at 1:45 PM). He said repeatedly that this would not allow enough time to accomplish much of anything. He’s a horrible representative for your business and I refuse to work with him ever again. Scathing reviews like this is something I generally don’t do, but this person deserves it. New body trim for around the wheels was ordered.. I’ll come back to have those replaced and depending on how that experience goes, I’ll decide if I’m ever going to use you guys in the future.

. I brought my truck in for air conditioning repairs. They told me nothing was wrong charged me 600$ for diagnostics fees and sent me on my way with it still not working. I then brought it back for the same problem and then was told it the compressor which still isn’t fixed and after calling the parts dept they told me the part order was cancelled . I also showed them a bolt that wasn’t replaced from the last service and they told me they would take care of it no charge. I told them there was a squeaky noise in the front end as well. When I picked it up they told me the missing bolt was what was creating the noise (which it wasn’t) and then tried to charge me 116$ for a diagnostic fee for it after I’m the one that showed them where it was and told them I would fix it if there’s any charge associated. This place has been the worst dealership I’ve ever worked with and would happily spend more money to go elsewhere if I wasn’t tied into the extended warranty.

Angela was fantastic to work with. She made my dream mom car come to light! From start to finish the process was smooth and she was so informative the whole way through. Car buying can be stressful and she made it far from that.

Over inflated prices, double than most auto shops. Apparently lazy mechanics, at least the one who 'worked' on my car shown in video viewed by the employee who answered my call after noticing specific work was ignored yet marked as completed
