I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Walser and overall the experience was positive. This most recent purchase the salesman was great. The vehicle is great. I just have an issue with the trade in offer. I took a deal on 2 vehicles traded in. The day I picked up the new vehicle I had left the dealership with my new car and an hour later was texted that there was a mistake on my paperwork. I went back and learned there was a $17,000.00 mistake on my trade in offer. Not in my favor. A lot of apologies and a few vague offers to "compensate" me somehow later I paid the difference of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! and sort of waited to see or hear what was offered. Nothing. It's been a couple of weeks. I doubt I'll hear anything more about it. And while the experience with the salesman and manger was good, I have a bit of a sour taste in my mouth about the deal.

They met my expectations. I decided to purchase my leased Buick and they handled all the paperwork and financing needed to execute the transaction.

My truck buying experience at Walser Wes wonderful. Herick, my salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I traveled from Montana to check out a GMC Sierra 2500 Denali. Herick picked me up from the airport and within an hour I was test driving the truck. The truck was as advertised and immaculately clean. There was no haggling over the price as all vehicles are marked with “best price.” This is indeed true evidenced by the fact that I came all the way from Montana to look at and ultimately to buy the truck. I would definitely buying from Walser again.

Easy to work with, but we spent a lot of waiting time when everything was already pretty much figured ahead of time so it would have been nice to shave off an hour of sitting around....

Overall, had another good experience taking my vehicle in for service at this service center. Unfortunately, I had to call attention to a growing issue pertaining to a paint defect on the car that I purchased from this dealership but at a different location nearby. I purchased the extended warranty for this vehicle. I asked the service representative to have the paint issue evaluated and submitted for a possible claim to GMC. There was hesitation on the service team members willingness to acknowledge and submit the request for review of a potential claim. This was frustrating.
