I sat in the lobby with no communication for over hours. When I finally went to ask what was going on, they claimed the bolt on the oil pan was stripped. Initially the tone was as if that was my fault. I pointed out the Roseville store did my last oil change. It was clear he already knew that, but he wasn't sure if I did. He changed the tone once he realized I could connect the dots. When it was finally done, I asked a few questions about another issue and again got incomplete answers, in a tone that seemed he did not care. I have had very few, if any positive experiences with that service department. Attitudes are poor, they come off like they are doing me a favor. Not like I am a customer. I bought oil changes with my truck. Otherwise I would be going to another dealership.
Was quick and efficient
I dropped off my car. They had it for two weeks. I received very little communication about the status of the vehicle. They recommended about 10 or 15 different things they shot thought I needed to do when I had only brought it in for a misfiring cylinder. I told him I would buy the parts and also had a couple questions about possibly trading in the vehicle. after that all communication stopped. I eventually had to show up at the dealership to speak with anybody. At which point I took the car and found that the back left tire was completely flat. (they had driven it through the parking lot completely flat). I will attach screenshots of the text messages. This doesn't include the multiple phone calls I made we're either no one answered or I would leave a message and nobody called me back.
