The service department provided useful information about the options I had for the repair. It was up to me what I wanted to do. No pressure at all.

I requested and continued to work with him when we arrived at the lot. He is totally down-to-earth, which was a huge sigh of relief given the usual "car salesman" stereotypes. From the start, Brett completely understood what I was looking for. He was incredibly straightforward and honest; if he didn’t know an answer, he said so and immediately took the time to look it up. He anticipated my needs and ensured the entire experience was exactly what I wanted without me even having to ask. I highly recommend working with Brett!

I've left chuck 2 messages trying to schedule a follow up appointment that we were waiting on parts for and I haven't heard from him. I also left a general message and haven't heard back from that call either. If they didn't have the special order parts I'd go somewhere else. I was going to have them put new tires on as well but thinking I will go elsewhere. Disappointed!!

No communication . Could not get anyone to answer questions or provide information. I have had there for three weeks. Car did not respond when acceleration was needed to enter freeway. Then engine light came back on. Returned the car same day . Follow up after 2 days with a question how to proceed. Still waiting after my response.

Purchased an almost new used truck for them. Upon taken possession of the truck it was dirty and not even detailed. Went to their shop for a light dent but noticed painters tape still on the bumper and between the box and cab. So what was the true damage that won’t be disclosed. Had truck for little over a month and needs new pads and rotors because they just did a cheap pad slap. Removed the rear rotors and the dang parking brake is missing! How does a dealer sell vehicles like this and not even check to make sure the brakes all work! Very shady work and dealership! Will definitely not return to this dealer and am on the hook myself to install 600 bucks worth of parts that should’ve been there to begin with!
