Takes way too long to get an oil change, 1 1/2 hours!. Plus making an appointment doesn't help much as you still wait for a lift to open up.

Justin helped me on Friday, July 17 with a water pump that needed replacing. The work (done on Monday, July 20, including arranging a rental car) was covered by my extended warranty. The following day, July 21, the engine light came on & I was back for another expensive repair, for which I waited at the dealership. Justin did his best to explore warranty options, to no avail. I appreciate his kindness & willingness to make the experience as positive as possible. I called to thank him on July 24th.

I brought my truck in for a check engine light. The part needed for the repair was on back order. It may have taken longer than I liked but they kept me well informed all the way through the process.

The woman who took my appointment messed up the schedule based on what we had arranged via phone, but when I showed up at the arranged time and no appointment was on your calendar for me, the gentleman checking me in was able to fit me in. That flexibility and positive attitude made us for any issues in reliability of appointment scheduling. The rest of the experience was great.

The work was done efficiently and professionally. I was sent a video of what they were working on. At the completion, they gave me an estimate of further work needed, but did not pressure me into doing the work. I will return for further work that needs to be done. Very good experience.

Person I worked with honestly didn't have a lot of knowledge of the vehicle, and had to constantly ask someone else about the questions I asked just to get an answer (vehicle/financing). I could tell that they were more focused on making the sale, then making sure I got a vehicle that worked for me. Also, once I bought the vehicle, I noticed that the brakes were not properly aligned and I was feeling some very noticeable issues/sounds whenever the brakes were applied and now I have to take it to another walser dealership to get that corrected because I was told by the salesperson it's better to take it there than the place I bought it from. When I called the sales person I worked with I was told "Well, maybe you're just getting used to the car." Being gaslight into thinking there's nothing wrong with the car when there clearly is and the customer has concerns, is pretty unprofessional. There were also no air caps on any of the tires. I will be making sure that Walser takes care of this at no expense to me because once I purchased the vehicle, the salesperson made it seem like it wasn't their problem anymore.

Financial rep was rude and unprofessional, and needlessly credit shamed me. Sales reps were great! Happy with purchase.

Both the service writer and the technician, a female, were great! Exceeded all of my expectations.

Everyone was so friendly and kind, I felt welcome and not like I was imposing or bothering anyone. These days it seems like you are imposing on everyone even though you are there for a service. I will definitely be returning.
