Having been a long term satisfied customer of Walter GMC, I was greatly disappointed, when after a routine service appointment, I encountered an excessive oil leak requiring my Canyon to be towed back to the dealership. It appeared to be poor attention to assuring that a simple oil change was completed properly. After fixing the problem, and on my way home, I was further disappointed when my fill oil warning light went on after driving less than one mile. While the sales team was very pleasant and helpful, I was surprised to find that the truck I purchased was not given a full tank of fuel, and it wasn't washed before delivery—something I’ve received in previous purchases from other dealerships. While these may seem like small details, they do make a difference in the overall experience. Everyone in the dealership is helpful and pleasant. Keep you informed about the procedure even if it’s an oil change. I like the technicians video of the multipoint inspection. The truck buying process a rear and a half ago was also a very pleasant experience. Thank you Walser !!

I am extremely happy with my experience with Walser. I purchased a vehicle and after 2 days I knew I wasn't happy with it and the management allowed me to trade dollar for dollar on a different instock truck. They did not have to do this by law but by way of decency they did. They likely won a customer for life.
Made an appointment over onstar at my dealership Apple Valley GMC (Apple Valley Sales Inc.) witch was confirmed by an email from the actual dealership…arrived for my 7am appointment and they told me they don’t work for GMC…they are Apple Valley Sales Inc. and do not honor appointments over Onstar and sent me home…I called Onstar back and did the same thing with Walser GMC in Bloomington…that they not only honored,but went above and beyond when I had a damaged tire and no rentals on the lot,so they pulled a brand new car ...

But, the woman who handled my case, Morgan, was very professional, apologetic and understood my frustration. I have rescheduled and I’m sure the next time things will go as planned.

I was Initially frustrated after I bought my truck because I found damage and had an exhaust issue.. BUT my full faith in Walser was restored by Brian Rutscher in service. This guy is outstanding, diligent, and makes sure you know you’re taken care of! Daily updates, open discussion and listened to my inputs. Overall I am very happy!

The facility was nice, the people were nice, they have a huge selection of vehicles. The paperwork process takes a long time, it would be nice if that could be shortened up a bit. Overall, great experience.
My daughter was looking for a car. She had quite a list of "must haves" and a list of "absolutely not's". She made an appointment and we met Mitch. He was the absolute BEST!
