Overall decent experience after a rocky start. The dealerships automated appointment scheduling system does not work. I recommended they drop their scheduling system until it is robust enough to work, I was passed off to 4 different people before being able to sit down with someone that was actually available. It was a disappointment to me since I thought I had a confirmed appointment time with a specific person.

My vehicle was taken into the shop at the scheduled time. I drove in, did a quick review of the work that was scheduled to be done, handed over the keys, was directed to a nice clean waiting area to work while I waited, and was given an estimated completion time. The refreshment area was well stocked and clean as well. The work was completed exactly when they said it would be. I was given a well serviced vehicle when I left and they even washed it for me. A sales agent followed up to align on options, drew up the lease and drove the car to me. The facility was nice, the people were nice, they have a huge selection of vehicles. The paperwork process takes a long time, it would be nice if that could be shortened up a bit. Overall, great experience.
