The last two simple oil changes have taken 2 and one half hours to complete. Unacceptable. I bought a GMC truck from Lupient in xx. Louis Park and my oil change takes 30 minutes.
Like the dealership but don't care for the service department. They lack energy and are not friendly. The only one that is happens to be the young female in the area. She is always nice

Was quick and efficient
I dropped off my car. They had it for two weeks. I received very little communication about the status of the vehicle. They recommended about 10 or 15 different things they shot thought I needed to do when I had only brought it in for a misfiring cylinder. I told him I would buy the parts and also had a couple questions about possibly trading in the vehicle. after that all communication stopped. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday. Got called on Tuesday with a Voicemail. I returned the call on Tuesday and again Friday and didnt hear anything I called the service center the following Thursday saying what was needed and a warranty ticket was being started and the service tech would call back within 2 hours. I was in need of a new truck for work after I totaled my work van. I had been looking online at trucks and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Walser had plenty of trucks in stock. I worked with an awesome salesperson named Angela. She was very knowledgeable on her inventory and worked very efficiently to get me out the door and back to work. She was very accommodating to my picky nature when it came to getting the in the right truck. I appreciate the walser team and would highly recommend.
Patrick Horvath took the vehicle in and then handed it over to Charlie Struck for follow up at the end. Patrick was not only rude, he was dismissive, unprofessional, and extremely difficult to work with. Charlie was fine. The complaint was for the smell of hot coolant. I asked Patrick to have the system pressure tested. The technician reported he was unable to see a leak, test drove it and couldn’t smell a leak. No leak test was done. Morgan helped navigate through a difficult issue due to a replacement radiator being defective which delayed my repair 3 extra days into a critical period when I needed my large SUV to move my daughter home from college. She proactively found me an equivalent size Rental SUV and worked with my warranty company, the distributor of the radiator, and their dealership to negotiate partial payment for my rental. These things happen, but she was a great communicator and she worked hard to meet my needs.

Easy to make an appt. Tech listened to my concerns and ensured all were looked at. Anything that under the warranty was covered. All issues were resolved first time.
It took 2 months to replace an engine under extended warranty. Now that I have it back, the Aor Conditioning no longer gets cold when it was perfect before bringing it in.
Had a great experience with our sales rep, Nate B. Answered all of my questions, wasn’t pushy or aggressive, and worked with us on our trade-in. Overall, a pleasant experience where I felt like a valued-customer. We were on a time crunch and I felt like Nate did a good job understanding and accommodating our timeline.
Had to go back same day as tires did not recalibrate correctly, but problem was promptly fixes
My sales person Erin was great through the process. The dealership was great and I felt I got a fair deal. My only concerns with the dealership are 1. That they put a $500 dealership add-on called “Pulse” that flashes rear center brake light that is WAY over priced. 2. I was an out of state buyer and the they tacked on an extra fee for being out of state. I complained and had to threaten to walk over these two xx charges but Erin and the Walser team agreed to waive them. I was happy in the end.
I made an appointment and arrived on time. They took my truck and it took approx 2 hrs to get it back. For repairs I will probably continue to come to your shop but I think I will be looking at one of the rapid oil change shops in the future

Scheduled an oil change along with passenger sway bar link, key fob issues along with power brake. Walser Had my truck for a day and a half and only the oil change was performed.
Disappointing experience with multiple people throughout the process.
I was supposed to take delivery on a Friday, but it got delayed this Saturday as they damaged the paint removing the existing emblems and applying the black emblem package. They repaired it with touchup paint and had to cure overnight.
When I went to pick it up, they didn’t have my final two lease payments captured in my financing and had to readjust the paperwork and payments.

They could not do the repair because they did not have the shock absorbers in stock. They had to order them, and they still haven't come in. It's been over 3 weeks now since they ordered them, and I'm still waiting.

When you bring your vehicle in for a specific issue be prepared, they will bring up other “issues” or reasons to make you spend more and will argue and go in circles with you. The only way to have the issue addressed is the polite and amazing supervisory staff.

Not up to normal quality. Usually customer service is helpful & friendly, offers/asks if ride needed when I drop off. This time it was not. I had to inquire and when service was completed, again did not ask if ride needed. Also, vehicle usually washed after service, it was not. Just overall customer service seemed to be lacking
When I first arrive I got a sense of unwelcome feeling I had to introduce myself rather than the staffing introduced themselves to me as a paying customer!
Everyone was friendly and helpful,especially Angela and Nick. And even delivering my truck when I was unable to pick it up. Also telling me to give them a call if I have any questions at all. And even though you don't bargain I got a real good price!

Brought my truck in for the transmission slamming and they couldn’t figure out the issue and let me hang with no word on what’s going on and then the day I actually need to my truck (2 weeks later) they finally decided to get a transmission tech out after I had already paid how much for a rental. And then you guys charged me to basically tell me that they don’t know what’s wrong. Idk if you guys need more or better mechanics but holy crap.
