Salesperson was fairly new but very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the vehicle features and purchasing process.

I called to check if the vehicle I was interested in had the factory installed towing package, I was told it did. Then there where 2 similar vehicles and 1 had the towing package and 2 did not. I was called immediately to verify which vehicle I was interested in and the confusion was cleared up and I came in and bought the 1 with the towing capability I needed. The car was detailed and spotless, almost like a new vehicle.

It took 90 mins to get a scheduled oil change complete. The value of pre paying for oil changes is lost when you lose a good hour more than going to nearby valvoline of sort. And they never reset the oil gauge I had to call back to figure how to reset it myself.

We had oil change. All was fine there. We've had a question about the auto seat adjustment the last couple times we've been there but no one seems to be able to address the problem. Usually not time. Maybe next time.

I had a bad experience. First, they did not get to my vehicle on the scheduled day of the appointment and I had to bring it back the next day. There was no communication from them, or reason given. Then once they did get to fixing my vehicle, they called and asked for more diagnostic charges, a total of $400, due to what they thought were aftermarket mirrors being installed even though they are factory mirrors. Then they refused to do what I asked them to do.

All of the staff onsite was great to work with and love the new truck!

Went for an oil change. It was done very fast. Faster than I expected It to be

When asked about some damage reported on the carfax they couldn't explain what the damage was, just that it must have been something minor that their shop was able to fix before putting the car on the lot.
We didn't notice anything when inspecting the vehicle on the lot, but once we got home and could inspect in the garage light, I noticed some paint repair around the headlight and the trim wasn't aligned correctly. Waited 6 months for a Valve body replacement vs a new transmission. A remanufactured one ? finally came in & was installed. No after install comments were given, then was charged $42.00 for a complimentary ride of 14.6 miles. Service advisor never got back to me. A remanufactured valve vs a new valve? Why did the remanufactured valve fail? Why did it take 6 months? Why did I have to take my truck multiple times etc. Belzers is 5 miles from my house. Of course then the warranty deductible applies. This is not what I expected from Walser's.

Walser Buick GMC was very conveniently located and easy to work with. The buying process was smooth and went very quickly.

Nice, clean looking everywhere very nice customer service, just a good overall experience and had a tv monitor to let you know just what was going on with your car, if you were at check in our being worked on

My husband brought my vehicle but I had some questions about the work and I called and got great support and got all my questions answered! Only question I asked my husband was why my vehicle didn't get washed when it was in for the service and I did not ask the service person....

My care was dropped off on Sunday night for a 730am oil change. I was dropped off at 10am and was told car was not in Bay and it was next. Test drove an Elevation can back and car was still not in bay. Finally left at 12 pm. Awful service communication sucked and no one knew what was going on. I will not be coming back for oil changes tire rotations or anything else if I can help it. Will not recommend anyone to go there for service.

I needed warranty work done, Shannan took care of everything. Very satisfied. I recommended my in-laws to Walser, they bought a GMC Terrain a few days later.

Everything is great when I came in for service. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. I was discouraged when I was handed a 'recommended' maintenance for a total of 3400 dollars. That's just crazy.

My vehicle went in For a running board issue, and my passenger door came back with a scratch on it, which the dealer has neglected to respond to in a timely manner. My service date was January 5 and to this date I am still waiting for Alex some manager there to respond to me as to when my scratch can be fixed.

Terrible experience in service department. Would not honor an oil leak warranty claim. Timing cover leaking oil. I was told there is a difference between a “seep” and a leak. Im guessing they don’t want to fix it because it’s 20 hours of labor out of their own pocket/warranty. Our advisor was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. He helped us work through an issue stemming from another dealership and took the time to get us what we needed.

Most everything was great the salesman Adam was excellent explained thing thought the only thing we had a issue with was the clean up was not great spent time at home cleaning the inside with a vacuum and then doing the outside

My consultant was very friendly and helpful. Work was done on time. Quote on work was accurate.

3 attempts to repair the same thing. Plus the visit 3 weeks ago where I called to ask if they’d be able to get me in and finish that night. The scheduler said yes they’re open until 6. When I arrived and they diagnosed the problem (new thermostat) they said they couldn’t do it tonight as their technicians leave by 3:30. I told them I was told they’d finish it by 6 when I called. The service providers says they shouldn’t have told me that. So the people who schedule appointments aren’t giving out correct info.

Service work and communication was very good, not excellent. There were some questions I'd ask via text where I wouldn't get immediate response. I was disappointed in only being able to receive $175 in rental car reimbursement when the vehicle was at the dealership for two weeks.

While I wasn't all that pleased that the electrical shorting problem with my truck wasn't solved after 3 visits, I will say that Morgan was a wonderful service rep. She was very empathetic to my issues and lack of cooperation from my extended warranty. She bent over backwards to accommodate me with their rental and did as much as she could in sharing and/or covering that cost due to a lack of available parts.

I came in for an oil change and added a recall fix. Hours later, after being told it was almost done multiple times and just pending a car wash, the tech came out and said when he needed warm up the engine to do the recall fix, in process while running the engine at high rpms on my diesel he blew a hose and destroyed a pump. Wow great service department. Scheduling is easy, on time appointment kept, friendly, informative and done quickly. I felt like the service was above anything I have experienced at GMC. I have had only two Yukons and serviced at 5 different dealers due to issues while traveling but only one was major and was still able to drive home with valve springs broken.

Reid Henderson was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish! He was genuinely invested in making sure I was fully informed and satisfied at every turn.

Brand new vehicle needed repairs. Miscommunication between the salesman and service center delayed the repairs. When service was complete we had to correct over-charges two separate times. Overall, my experience purchasing and servicing vehicles was significantly better at other dealerships.

Extremely disappointed with this dealership. Had my “new to me” vehicle’s rust repaired (included with deal) and it was done terribly and still has rust. Was told (by one of the reps) they would probably end up cutting out the metal and clearly that was not done. Told it would take two business days but actually took a week. No biggie, but not having a car with 3 kids was not great to deal with and wish I could have been more prepared or they could have provided me a rental.
