• APR: Annual percentage rate (APR) is the yearly interest rate you pay on a loan. For example, if you take out a $25,000 loan at 5% APR, you would pay $1,250 in interest per year. Over a 60 month term (5 years), you would pay a total of $31,250 ($25,000 loan + $ 6,250 in interest).
• Lease: A lease is a contract to use a vehicle for a set period of time, in exchange for monthly payments. At the end of the lease term, the car can be returned, purchased, or exchanged for a new vehicle.
• Buerau Score: A bureau score, also known as a credit score, is a number that indicates how likely someone is to repay a loan. It’s based on an individual’s credit history, where higher credit scores typically result in obtaining lower interest rates.
• Gross Monthly Income: Gross monthly income is the total amont earned before taxes and other deductions.
• LTV%: The loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is a measure comparing the amount you are financing with the value of the vehicle. The higher your down payment, the lower your LTV percentage.
• DTI: The debt-to-income (DTI) ratio is the percentage of your monthly income that goes toward debt payments. You can find this percentage by dividing your total monthly pre-tax income divided by your minumum monthly payment for all debts.
• PTI: The payment-to-income (PTI) ratio is a percentage that compares a person’s monthly loan payment to their gross monthly income. You can find this percentage by dividing your monthly loan payment by your gross monthly income.
• Finance Amount: The maximum amount of dollars that can be financed through the given institution.

The model comes in three variations: Preferred ($24,895), Sport Touring ($26,395), and Avenir ($29,695). The Preferred and Sport Touring are the entry-level trims, including the majority of the features listed above, but missing some of the upscale amenities such as leather seating, heated seats and steering wheel, and the exclusive Avenir appearance package. Above and beyond the Preferred, the Sport Touring adds an athletic flair with 18″ gloss black wheels, grille, accents, and ST emobroidered headrests. The Avenir rests at the top of the lineup with the most luxurious features, including 19″ aluminum wheels, Black Ice chrome grille, body color lower front and rear fascias, Avenir embroidered headrests, power liftgate, heated leather seating, heated steering wheel, and wireless charging. Last but not least, the Envista can be optioned in 6 different colors. Moonstone Gray Metalic, Copper Ice Metallic, Summit White, Ebony Twilight Metallic, Cinnabar Metallic, and Ocean Blue Metallic.
